Every parent of a student enrolled in the Institution is a member of the PTA, along with the Teachers working in the Institution. The main objective of the PTA is to bring the home and school closer, the parents and Teachers nearer for the welfare of the community and for better understanding of the children. Parents are requested to take active part in the functioning of the PTA to improve the children's environment and opportunities for a better approach to curriculum to enable proper assimilation of studies.

The General Body meetings for the Academic Year, 2009-2010 will be held in the month of July. Election to the vaccant posts of the Executive committee of the PTA are held during the General Body Meeting.

There will be in the HSS various co-curricular activities for promoting national integration, culture and friendship among students.

The activities will function under the surveillance of a teacher appointed by the Principal.

Discipline is a self-taught attitude. The Institutional authorities will help the students to acquire such an attitude.

A student whose aim is not the formation of character, acquisition of competence or skill and all round education should not join this Institution.
Any bad behaviour, disrespect, unsuitable language or copying during examination makes a student unwanted in this Institution. He will be asked to leave the Institution, when his presence has a bad effect on the formation of other students.

Attendance at lectures and practicals is compulsory. Absence from a single lecture/practical will be considered as absence for the whole day . Absence from lectures / Practicals must be justified in writing, in the prescribed format, and if illness is the cause, medical certificate and fitness certificate (for absence of more than 4 days) from a recognized Medical Practitioner must be submitted. The leave note should be signed by the Principal/Vice-Principal if absent for more than three days.
Failure to justify the absence over a week may lead to the cancellation of the name from the rolls.

As worthy citizens of the nation, students should attend all National Day functions organized by the Institution.

Absence for feasts, wedding celebrations, etc. should be avoided. No student will be granted leave of absence without written application of the parents in advance. Incase of sickness or emergencies telephonic communication is a must. If students leave Goa during the holidays, they must make sure that they return in time for the school.
Non- availability of reservation or transport is not acceptable as a reason for coming late .
